School starts at 8:00 am on Monday, August 4th. Students may not be dropped off prior to 7:30 am. For those students riding a bus, you will be dropped-off and picked-up in the bus parking lot located near the tennis courts on Fulton Street. For those students being dropped-off or picked-up by a parent, please tell your parent(s) the best location is along Fulton Street near the bus parking lot or near Rotary Park along Hinson Street. Students May NOT be dropped off in the bus parking lot on Fulton. Please remind them that stopping IN the crosswalk or double-parking behind cars is not permitted. Hinson Street will have a designated southbound drop-off lane.
Students will report to their alpha homeroom at 8:00 am and will get their schedule. Students will attend their odd period classes on Monday and their even period on Tuesday.
School ends at 3:00 pm and all students need to be picked up by 3:15 pm. There are NO late activities the 1st week of school
All Hyde Park students will be issued a CCSD-controlled Chromebook to support their education during the 2022-2023 school year. The following form must be completed before your student checks out a Chromebook. If you have more than one child that attends Hyde Park MS, please complete a separate form for each child.
Chromebooks will be distributed from Room 202 during the student’s school orientation meetings. Beginning August 15th, we will distribute from 7:30 am - 8:00 am in room 202. After completing the form, you will receive an email with your responses, please have a copy of the email response available for the staff.

CCSD has partnered with Silver State Health to offer free sports physicals for the 2022-2023 school year. All students wishing to try out for ANY sport must have a completed physical prior to the tryout. The exam must be completed on the approved forms that can be printed from register my athlete.

Online registration for Clark County School District (CCSD) students for the 2022-23 school year is now open.
Parents/guardians should note that the 2022-23 school year is scheduled to begin on Aug. 8, 2022.
Families new to CCSD may begin their registration process online via register.ccsd.net.
Families with currently enrolled students can complete registration using Parent Portal via Infinite Campus (campusportal.ccsd.net).
Parents or guardians who already have an Infinite Campus account will see an announcement through Parent Portal and a link connecting them to the 2022-23 registration page. Families with multiple children will also see an option in certain areas to copy the responses from one child to the next, speeding up the process. Families can use a computer or a mobile device to complete registration.
In accordance with Nevada law, kindergarten students must have attained the age of 5 years old by the first day of school.
