Students Attending Basketball Games

Any student wanting to attend a home basketball game this season must wear their school-issued ID to attend the basketball game. Students will not be admitted to any game without their student ID. Students who remove their ID during the game may be asked to leave and will not receive a refund of their purchased ticket. Additionally, any student that is not picked up from the school within 15 minutes of the game ending, will not be allowed at any future games.

CCSD Survey

Safety, academics and school climate are among the many topics that are the focus of the 2019 Clark County School District (CCSD) Parent Survey, available online from Oct. 28 – Dec. 20, 2019, at ccsd.net/survey. The 10-minute survey, available in English and Spanish, is confidential and part of the district’s efforts to engage the community on important issues facing students and their families.

School Organization Team Meeting

Good morning! We will have our next SOT meeting on Wednesday, September 25th at 3:30 pm in the front conference room.

Hyde Park has a new Student Drop-off Lane

In an effort to better handle the increased traffic flow and student safety, we will be utilizing a drop-off lane for student drop-off between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The school building will not open until 7:30 a.m. Additional drop off locations is on Fulton St., Rotary Park, and The Elks Lodge. News and Notes for the 2019- 2020 School Year

Hyde Park will be undergoing several changes within our school structures for the 2019 - 2020, school year.
All students will attend school from 8:00 am - 3:01 p.m.
Hyde Park will not allow rolling backpacks or rolling bags of any kind.
All students will wear school-provided lanyards and Id's every day while on campus.

UNLV Volleyball - Trunk or Treat

This free event will be held outside the Cox Pavilion's main entrance, weather permitting. If the weather does not permit the use of the outside venue, then it would held on the concourse inside Cox Pavilion.

Nevada students, under the age of 14, receive free entry with their parents into the UNLV volleyball game. Students who are 15 years and older need to bring their Nevada school ID for free entry. Please refer to the attached flyer for additional information.
