Participating in Hyde Park's athletic program will provide some of your most memorable and enjoyable moments. Hyde Park and the Clark County School District (CCSD) have standards that must be met in order to be eligible to participate. The eligibility standards for Middle School Athletics have been adopted by the member schools. We encourage you, as a student-athlete, to review these standards carefully since you are responsible for compliance with these standards. Have a great year!

SPORTS PHYSICALS
Any student-athlete wishing to try out for a sport must complete a physical with a licensed health care provider. CVS is currently offering discounted physicals through their Minute Clinics. You must register first and print out the voucher that is available on this page.
Register My Athlete
All student-athletes must complete Register My Athlete to be placed on a team roster. Before being placed on a roster, students will need to take part in a tryout; Per CCSD Policy, students must have an athletic physical and proof of insurance uploaded to Register My Athlete.
