Soccer and Volleyball Information

If you plan to have your student participate in Soccer or Volleyball, you MUST register your student on Aktivate at registermyathlete.com as soon as possible.Students must have their physicals BEFORE they can try out for any sport. Schedule your physical appointments as soon as possible, and avoid waiting until the start of the sports season. Many students were unable to participate or even try out because they had to wait for a doctor's appointment after the tryout dates. Physicals MUST be uploaded and approved by 12:00 pm the first day of tryouts. Volleyball tryouts are February 17 and 18, and Soccer will be February 23rd - 25th. Both sports have intramurals from Monday to Thursday. Soccer is on the fields at the park, and Volleyball is in the gym. Athletic shoes are required for Volleyball, and cleats and shin guards are recommended for soccer intramurals.Students can pick up a packet from the main office, and there are physical forms on our Athletics tab on the school's webpage.The following link can assist in scheduling sports physicals: https://ssd.ccsd.net/parent-information-portal/
