Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!
Welcome to a brand-new school year! I’m so excited to be your math teacher and can’t wait to get to know each of you.
Math isn’t just about numbers—it’s about solving problems, thinking in new ways, and sometimes even having a little fun while we do it. Whether you love math or it’s something that’s been tricky for you, this classroom is a place where you can grow, make mistakes, ask questions, and feel supported every step of the way.
This year, we’ll explore all kinds of cool math topics, work on real-life problems, and do some hands-on projects. We’ll learn together, help each other out, and make progress day by day.
I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to try your best. Don’t worry if something seems hard at first—learning takes time, and I’m here to help you through it all.
Let’s make this a fun and awesome year together. I’m so glad you’re here!

Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 6th grade! I’m truly looking forward to partnering with you this school year as we work together to help your child grow and succeed in math.
Middle school is an exciting and important time for students to build strong academic habits and gain confidence in their abilities. In our classroom, I aim to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every student feels seen, heard, and challenged appropriately.
Communication and collaboration are key, and I’d love to begin an open dialogue with you early on. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns, or insights about your child. Whether it’s through email, messages, or a quick chat during school events, I’m always happy to connect.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to an amazing year working with both you and your child!
Warmly,
Mrs. Miller
