I am honored and excited to start my second year at Hyde Park Middle School!

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2014 where I studied Secondary Education with a focus on English and Psychology. I just completed my master’s in Educational Administration at Grand Canyon University.

I have taught all grades in middle school, but this year I am teaching 6th grade. I am particularly fond of teaching 6th graders, because I believe you can have a profound impact on their future success in school. 

I grew up in Illinois and moved to Las Vegas 2016. Even though I have changed locations, I am still loyal to all of my Chicago sports teams: Da Bears, Bulls, White Sox, and Blackhawks! 

I enjoy watching and playing sports, hiking, water-related excursions, and going to the movies.
