The Hyde Park Academy of Science and Mathematics would like to share with you some of the successes celebrated by our students, parents, and staff throughout the years. 

 

While we are undoubtedly devoted to the advancement of learning in all of the academic areas, we believe strongly in the development of our students’ aesthetic interests as well. As Leonardo da Vinci so ably demonstrated, we believe in helping our students develop a deep love of learning. While our students are enrolled in a very advanced academic program, we want them to develop skills so that when the time is appropriate they have the ability to pursue whatever profession they desire. As a result of our pedagogy, you will see that our students participate in a wide variety of activities and competitions.

● Best Age Friendly City Special Award: National Future City Competition
● Design Award: CREATE US Open Robotics Championship
● Superior Rating 1++ CCSD Orchestra Festival (we got a bonus plus!)
● 9 students qualified for the state MathCounts competition
● 3 students earned a spot in CCSD Honor Band
